
Chef Fabiola Donnelly will offer a rustic pie (aka galette) baking class from 2-4 p.m. Nov. 15 at Class Cooking, 110 E 15th St. in downtown Vancouver. Make a galette with caramel sauce and chantilly cream. Learn how to perfect a flaky pastry dough and caramel for holiday parties. Each student will make their own galette. Class will include all tools, recipes and ingredients. Class includes both demonstration and instruction along with hands-on cooking. Galettes can be taken home. Ingredients include dairy and gluten.
