Burnt Bridge Cellars will offer a “Cinco de Mayo Tacos and Handmade Tortilla Cooking Class” with Chef Fabiola Donnelly from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 3 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Students will learn how to make handmade tortillas, two fillings and tacos with an assortment of homemade salsitas. Class includes all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients. The class includes demonstration as well as hands-on cooking. Students will eat their tacos at the end of class. Ingredients include cheese, corn and chicken. The tacos are gluten-free.
