
The Clark College Concert Band presents its fall concert at 3 p.m. Dec. 7 at Skyview High School, 1300 N.W. 139th St.,  Vancouver. Admission is free. Donations to the Clark College Music Department are welcome at the door. The concert opens with Jack Stamp’s “Cenotaph,” followed by the American folk song, “Black Is the Color of My True Love’s Hair” and Eiji Suzuki’s “Songs and Dances.” The next portion of the concert will feature the brass choir, woodwind choir and percussion ensemble, the the full ensemble returns with “L’Inglesina” (The Little English Girl), William Latham’s “Three Chorale Preludes,” three settings of hymns and Omar Thomas’ “A Mother of a Revolution.”
