The Clark College Treble Ensemble and Clark College Chorale present their winter concert at 7:30 p.m. March 9 at First United Methodist Church, 401 E. 33rd St., Vancouver. Admission is free but donations to the Clark College Choral Fund will be accepted at the door.
The treble ensemble will sing Andrea Ramsey’s “I See the Heaven’s Glories Shine,” Gwyneth Walker’s “How Can I Keep From Singing,” Elaine Hagenberg’s “As the Rain Hides the Stars,” and an arrangement of “Will the Circle Be Unbroken,” concluding with Pergolesi’s “Stabat Mater.”
The chorale will open with “Music in the Air” arranged by Ryan Murphy, followed by an arrangement of a Hungarian, a rendition of “Never Enough” from “The Greatest Showman,” and “Turn, Turn, Turn” accompanied by Clark guitar instructor David Kelley and student Alan Dunn. The chorale will conclude with “The Ground” by Ola Gjeilo.
