Clark County Community Development Learning Lab

Learn how to get a building permit, how to find out property information online, code enforcement and dog bite prevention at Community Development’s new Learning Lab. The lab meets from 11 a.m. to noon on the third Thursday of every month in the Public Service Center, sixth floor training room 679, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.
