Classroom to Career Seminar at WSUV: Design and Communication

Washington State University Vancouver, 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave., Vancouver, is offering a series of “Classroom to Career” seminars for those who are interested in college, but undecided about a major. The next seminar, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. March 23 in Dengerink Administration Building, Room 110, focuses on careers in design and communications. Meet faculty, students and alumni who are solving today’s design and communication problems in these academic programs:
• Digital technology and culture (web and game design, animation and virtual reality)
• English (creative writing, literary studies and teaching)
• Humanities (communication, fine arts and foreign languages)
• Integrated strategic communication
