Columbia Springs Kids Fishing Fest

Columbia Springs’ annual Kids Fishing Fest from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17 features fishing for kids ages 5-14 with expert fishing mentors; a free fishing pole for each registered fishers, as well as up to two fish to take home; science and nature activities; and a barbecue lunch for all attendees (vegetarian options available). Registration for a specific time slot is required for all attendees over age five, including adults. The 10-11 a.m. time slot is reserved for kids with disabilities. Tickets are $8 per person.
