“Creative and Tasty 30-minute Meals” Cooking Class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering “Creative and Tasty 30-minute Meals,” a cooking class at 6 p.m. June 5 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook modern fried chicken with kimchi slaw, seared salmon with spinach, corn and sweet pepper saute and French dip cheeseburgers with crispy buttery crushed potatoes.
