Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a “Distinguished Dinner” demonstration-style cooking class at 6 p.m. May 8 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Morgan will demonstrate how to cook prosciutto, brie and grape crostini, crab bisque, filet mignon and shrimp scampi pasta, roasted asparagus and fingerling potatoes and fudge brownies with salted caramel sauce.
