
WildSalt Studio will host a Fall Cooking Class from 3-6 p.m. Oct. 12 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Cooking is from 3-5 p.m. and dining is from 5-6 p.m. Students may purchase wine from Burnt Bridge Cellars with a 20% discount on bottles. The menu features pumpkin gnocchi (cheese and pumpkin pasta dumplings) in brown butter and sage sauce; a kale and radicchio Caesar salad with crispy breadcrumbs; and carrot cake cupcakes with caramelized white chocolate cream cheese frosting.
