Flag Day at Elks Lodge

Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 will host a Flag Day Ceremony at 4:30 p.m. June 8 at 11605 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. The free event honors the American flag with a presentation of historical flag dating back to the pine tree flag to today’s 50-star banner. The presentation will be followed by refreshments.
