Flat Tack Farm hosts Equinox Dinner

Flat Tack Farm, 9400 NE 134th St, Vancouver, is hosting a Farm to Table Equinox Dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Sept. 21. Guests will enjoy pasture-raised brisket from Primo Beef of Woodland over an open fire with a Scotch bonnet and gooseberry marinade. Black garlic burger sliders are made with beef from Windy River Livestock. Veggie burgers contain black garlic, beans and harvest moon mushrooms from Portland. Guests can also enjoy Asian pear sticky barbecue chicken yakitori skewers with chicken from Chicken C&R Treasure Farms.
