Flat Tack Farm, 9400 NE 134th St, Vancouver, is hosting a Farm to Table Equinox Dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Sept. 21. Guests will enjoy pasture-raised brisket from Primo Beef of Woodland over an open fire with a Scotch bonnet and gooseberry marinade. Black garlic burger sliders are made with beef from Windy River Livestock. Veggie burgers contain black garlic, beans and harvest moon mushrooms from Portland.
