Free Hands-Only CPR Class

Performance Occupational Health Services is offering a free class at the Three Creeks Community Library starting at noon on Nov. 17.

American Heart Association CPR Instructors will be teaching a Hands-Only CPR class. This 1-hour class will teach attendees some basic steps to take during an emergency, the goal of this course is to have attendees feeling confident and prepared to act in the event of an emergency. Attendees will practice compressions and receive real-time feedback from instructors.
