Furry Friends Annual Dinner and Action: Phantom of the Opurra

Local no-kill cat rescue nonprofit Furry Friends will host its 16th annual fundraiser, Phantom of the Opurra, from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Sept. 21 at Royal Oaks Country Club, 8917 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The event will include live and silent auctions, Best Dressed contest and other games. An online auction will be held from 6 p.m. Sept. 19 through 5 p.m. Sept. 23.
