Go with the Flow: First Thursday Wastewater Treatment Plant Tour

Tour the City of Vancouver’s Marine Park Wastewater Treatment Facility from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. June 5 or July 3. This 75-minute walking tour will reveal what happens to water that goes down the drains in your home, school or business, from a flush to laundry to washing dishes. Tours are suitable for ages 8 and older. Closed-toed shoes are required. Expect to walk 3/4 mile on flat paved surfaces and stairways. Accommodations can be made for accessibility. Meet at the Marine Park Engineering building, next door to the Water Resources Education Center. Details will be sent to registered participants.
