The Goin’ for Broke in the PNW Barbecue Cookoff is 3 to 7 p.m. Aug. 2 at Prairie Tavern, 14925 N.E. Caples Rd., Brush Prairie. Participants set up and meet from 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 1.
