The Greater Clark County Service Awards Breakfast is 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. March 20 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St., Vancouver. The event, hosted by the Greater Clark County Rotary Foundation, recognizes and applauds individuals and groups whose acts of “service above self” have made a profound difference in Clark County communities.
