The groundbreaking for the Ed Lynch Technical Trades Center at Fort Vancouver High School is 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 14 at 5700 E. 18th St., Vancouver. This 100% donor-funded center will provide training in advanced manufacturing and welding.
