Healing Hands: Contrast Soaking

Restored and Revived Community Center, 9317 N.E. Highway 99, Suite J, will host “Healing Hands: Contrast Soaking” from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 6. Experience the soothing benefits of cold contrast therapy. Attendees will bathe only their hands and learning how this activity can bring relief from muscle sprains, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Childcare is available.
