HOPE Dementia Support Palliative Care/Hospice Community Education Presentation

HOPE Dementia Support will present a Community Education Presentation from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 29.

A panel of local palliative care and hospice practitioners will explain the difference between palliative care and hospice, as well as, describe when and how the programs can benefit those with dementia.
