
Chef Fabiola Donnelly will offer an Indian cuisine cooking class from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Nov. 8 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St. in downtown Vancouver. Learn how to make the classics of Indian take-out, like chicken tikka masala, kachumber and golden rice. Class will include all tools, recipes and ingredients. Class includes both demonstration and instruction along with hands-on cooking. Ingredients include dairy and chicken; meals can be made gluten-free. Bring Tupperware for leftovers.
