“Intimate Dinner Soiree” Cooking Class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering an “Intimate Dinner Soiree” cooking class at 6 p.m. April 17 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook a gourmet feast, including wilted spinach salad, soppressata pizza, steak frites, brown sugar roasted squash and chocolate decadence cake.
