Larry Fuller Trio at The Old Church Concert Hall

The Larry Fuller Trio will perform at 8 p.m. Nov. 12 at The Old Church Concert Hall, 1422 S.W. 11th Ave., Portland. Tickets are $25 or $30 at the door. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Fuller has built his reputation playing with jazz legends, including time in Ray Brown’s Trio, the Jeff Hamilton Trio and the John Pizzarelli Quartet. Steeped in the tradition of mainstream jazz legends, Fuller formed the Larry Fuller Trio in 2014. Shortly after, the trio released their self-titled debut album to critical and commercial success. Both the 2014 album and 2019’s Overjoyed topped the jazz radio chart. Dan Faehnle of Pink Martini will be joining the show as a special guest. His guitar work with the multilingual classical band has been aired on NPR, David Letterman and performed at multiple sold out shows at Carnegie Hall. He’ll play select collection of his tracks at the show.
