Litter Stewards Training

Attend a family-friendly Litter Stewards Training from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 24 in the Aspen Room of City Hall, on the first floor at 415 W. Sixth St., Vancouver.

Volunteers will receive training on safety protocols, how to identify city and public property, how to dispose of both hazardous and common trash and how to report volunteer accomplishments. Upon completion of the training, volunteers will receive all  tools and supplies necessary to get started. People of all ages and abilities are welcome. Youth under 18 must bring a signed minor consent form. Youth under 16 should be accompanied by an adult guardian while volunteering.
