Master Gardeners hosts “Grow Your Own Kiwifruit” Workshop

WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners will host a “Grow Your Own Kiwifruit” workshop from 10 to 11:30 a.m. April 15 at the 78th St. Heritage Farm, 1919 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver. The cost is $10 per person. If you’ve got a sunny spot 30 by 15 feet in size or more and are willing to construct a strong trellis, you can enjoy an abundance of this tasty fruit. This hands-on workshop will help get you started on your own kiwi-growing adventure.
The workshop will begin indoors (masks welcome) and then move out to the kiwi demonstration site. Dress for the weather, including sturdy shoes and bring water.
