The Community Military Appreciation Committee, in partnership with the U.S. National Park Service and the City of Vancouver, will host a Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at 10 a.m. May 26 at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site Parade Grounds, 1501 Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver. The service, with speeches from local dignitaries and live music from the Vancouver Community Concert Band, honors the United States Armed Forces members who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Hot dogs and snacks will be served following the ceremony.
