Explore practical strategies for managing stress and improving brain health. Sarah Winslow of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center will present “Unlocking Brain Health Through Lifestyle Medicine” followed by a discussing led by Greg and Amber Alekel about developing a family medical plan. Additional speakers include Oregon Clinic sleep specialist Andrea Matsumura with “The Best Medicine in the Universe”; author and podcast host Benjamin Lundquist with “Understanding the Hidden Forces That Drive You”; and Chuck Hagele, CEO of Project Patch, leading two sessions for teens: “When Every Day Is a Struggle: Facing Depression and Anxiety” and “Beating Tech to Get Your Focus Back.” The seminar includes resources, giveaways, raffles and light refreshments.
