Military Officer Association of America Luncheon

The Military Officer Association of America will host a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. May 15 at Cascadia Tech Academy culinary center, 12200 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver. The program features Jodi Blackwood, emergency management coordinator for Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency. She’ll share how to prepare for both natural and human-caused disasters. The cost to attend is $25.
