Pomeroy Farm: Roots and Remedies Workshop

Pomeroy Farm will host the “Roots and Remedies” workshop from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at 20902 N.E. Lucia Falls Road, Yacolt. Attendees will discover the healing properties of the “knit bone” plant and make a soothing salve. Local expert Ryan Kahlor will guide students through the history, cultivation and uses of this remarkable plant. The cost is $35. Register at pomeroyfarm.org.
