Clark County and community partners will host a resource fair for young adults with disabilities who are transitioning to adulthood. The event is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 27 at Educational Service District 112, 2500 N.E. 65th Ave., Vancouver. Lunch is provided for free. Attendees should register at tinyurl.com/4mskjm8e. Vendors and community partners will share information about employment, education, housing, transportation, parks and recreation, and how to build a whole new life as an adult.
