Ridgefield Fourth of July Celebration

The Ridgefield 4th of July Committee has organized a fourth of July celebration from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The parade begins at 11 a.m. and can best be viewed from Fourth Avenue and Division down Third Avenue to Pioneer Street and Eighth Avenue. Spectators should plan to arrive early. A free C-TRAN shuttle will travel from Ridgefield High School, 2630 S. Hillhurst Road, to the Union Ridge school bus parking lot off North Eighth Avenue. Shuttles will run every 20 minutes from 8 to 10:10 a.m. No shuttle will be offered during the parade. Return shuttles are 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Parking with shuttle service is also available at the waterfront, but difficult to access because of road closures; see alternate routes and get the full schedule of events at ridgefield4th.com. Portable toilets will be available at locations around town.
