Ridgefield’s Hometown Celebration

Ridgefield’s Hometown Celebration is 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Dec. 6 in downtown Ridgefield. Attend the YMCA Breakfast with Santa, enjoy the Holiday Food and Gift Vendor Marketplace with 60 local vendors, visit the Chickadee Bazaar for handcrafted gifts in the Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center or visit the Winter Market at Ridgefield Church of the Nazarene, vote for your favorite decorated tree, enjoy the twinkling lights and decorations in downtown businesses, do crafts with your kids, take free Santa photos at the Old Liberty Theater, take a holiday hayride from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., catch performances on the main stage, join the annual ornament hunt and stay for the tree lighting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. in Overlook Park with cookies and cocoa.
