Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a “Seafood Delights” cooking class at 6 p.m. May 29 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook smoky shrimp and cheesy grits, honey-pepper glazed salmon with black bean sauce and jalapeno crema, crab fettuccine Alfredo and an ahi poke bowl.
