Wednesday, August 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Second Mile Marketplace and Food Hub will host a class on produce pickling and relishes.
The best way to have spring/summer veggies all year long is to preserve or can them.
All are invited to attend classes at the Second Mile Food Hub to learn how to preserve the flavors from local Clark County farmers in a personalized, small group sessions. The instructors for these classes are all certified master preservers with years of experience to share. Attendees will leave with a jar or two of the produce prepared in class as well as the confidence and skill to can at home!
