Senior Lifestyle and Resource Fair

The Senior Lifestyle and Resource Fair is noon to 4 p.m. Sept. 27 at Self Balance Massage, 8301 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave. in the Hazel Dell Area of Vancouver. This free community event is designed to support, celebrate and empower older adults. Explore local resources for senior living, connect with service providers and discover tools to enhance wellness like infrared saunas, red light therapy and acupuncture. Enjoy two 30-minute wellness workshops with a “mindful moment” at 1 p.m. and “stretch and breathe” class at 2 p.m. Park in the Safeway parking lot. Questions?
