Show and Shine Car Show

The Show and Shine car show, hosted by the Slo Poks car club, is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 19 in Uptown Village on Main Street from Fourth Plain to McLoughlin Boulevard. Spectators are free or pay $15 plus a donation of school supplies to enter your car, hot rod, motorcycle or special interest vehicle. Entrants get goodie bags.
