Skamania Lodge Dine and Discover Series with Maryhill Winery

The next wine pairing dinner of Skamania Lodge’s Dine and Discover series at 5:30 p.m. March 9 will feature wines by Maryhill Winery. Wines will be paired with a multi-course meal. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, Dungeness crab custard, grilled quail, crispy pork shoulder, lamb neck osso bucco, a blue Linzer torte and cheese, walnuts and chocolate.
