Skamania Lodge will host a dinner featuring wine from AniChe Cellars from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 13. The menu includes Pacific halibut, fava bean and fennel salad, ravioli with ricotta, foraged nettles and morels, duck au vin and a truffle trio for dessert.
