The Daughters of the Pioneers of Washington Chapter #19 Meeting

Daughters of the Pioneers Washington Chapter presents guest speaker Sammuel Hawkins, Executive Director of the Historic Music Preservation Project and Impresario of the Ne Plus Ultra Jass Orchestra, at the group’s meeting at 1 p.m. Oct. 3. Hawkins will recount his adventures in preserving and performing early American jazz and popular music. Daughters of the Pioneers meets on the first Thursday of most months at the Salmon Creek United Methodist Church, 12217 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, in the St. Paul Room. Go to the St. Paul Room.
