Trivia Night at Loowit Brewing

Loowit Brewing, 507 Columbia St., Vancouver, hosts a weekly “Geeks Who Drink” trivia night from 7 to 9 p.m. every Sunday. Modeled after pub quizzes in Ireland and the U.K., Geeks Who Drink is a trivia quiz where useless knowledge means everything. Questions cover everything from Hungary to “The Hunger Games,” from science to sports, from the Billboard Hot 100 to “Better Call Saul.” Each quiz consists of seven rounds of eight questions each, in a variety of formats, including audio and visual rounds. Teams can be up to six players or attendees can come solo and be assigned to a team. Winning teams get bar cash or other prizes. Bonus questions sprinkled throughout the quiz will garner additional goodies. It’s free to participate and no registration is necessary but attendees should plan to purchase beer.
