Understanding Hormonal Phases Workshop

$20 – $60LiveWell Camas, 417 N.E. Birch St, Camas, will offer a hormonal phases workshop led by Vanessa Grace, licensed social worker and host of “The Soul Amplified” podcast. The event is designed to enrich attendees’ understanding of their menstrual cycles. All gender expressions and ages are welcome. The cost is $20 to $60 on a sliding scale.
