
Valo Cellars will host a wine dinner from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 31 at 671 W. Columbia Way, Vancouver. Diners will savor a three-course meal with dessert while learning about the wine paired with each course. The first course is beet, orange, almond and goat cheese; the second course is crab and pea risotto; the third course is pork and sherry cassoulet; and dessert is a brown butter-macadamia nut tart and pineapple sorbet.
