Valo Cellars hosts wine dinner

Valo Cellars, 671 W. Columbia Way, Vancouver, will host a wine dinner from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 28. Guests will savor paired courses while learning about the stories behind each bottle. The menu includes a yuzu prawn salad, potato and leek soup, chuck roast with polenta and sweet potato cheesecake. The cost is $95 per person. Email dr***@*********rs.com to reserve a spot.
