Vancouver Community Tree Lighting

The Vancouver Community Tree Lighting is Nov. 29, starting at 4 p.m. at the Vancouver Waterfront. Santa will arrive on a Tidewater Barge accompanied by a flotilla of Christmas ships. He’ll disembark at Terminal 1 then join a holiday parade from the waterfront to Esther Short Park. The celebration at the park includes live music, entertainment, refreshments, photos with Santa and characters from “Frozen” and carriage rides around the park. Food trucks include Mighty Bowl, Smashed Cheese, Voodoo Doughnut, 18 Degrees of Happiness, Bluum Coffee and Relevant Coffee. Santa and Mrs. Claus will light the tree at 6 p.m.
