
The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra will present a holiday concert featuring Tony-nominated singer-actress Liz Callaway, known for her Broadway performances in “Merrily We Roll Along,” “Baby” and “Cats” as well as animated films “Anastasia,” “The Return of Jafar” and “The Swan Princess.” Performances are 7 p.m. Dec. 13 and 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at Skyview Concert Hall. The program includes classics by Rodgers and Hammerstein and Stephen Sondheim as well as “Once Upon a December” from “Anastasia,” “Memory” from “Cats” and “Defying Gravity” from “Wicked.” Additional symphonic songs include Rossini’s “William Tell,” Strauss I’s “Radetzky March” and Anderson’s “Sleigh Ride.” Get tickets ($15-$50) at vancouversymphony.org or call 360-735-7278.
