The Watershed Alliance of Southwest Washington will host a Volunteer Tree and Shrub Planting along Burnt Bridge Creek from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 7. Volunteers should enter at Burnt Bridge Creek, Northeast 18th Court, near the west entrance of Arnold Park. From Northeast 15th Avenue, turn onto Northeast 41st Circle. Follow the signs to parking. Volunteers should bring snacks and water and wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. All ages welcome, but those younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Tools and gloves will be provided.
