
Skamania Lodge will host a “Dine and Discover” wine dinner featuring Walla Walla Vintners from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Each courses will be paired with a different wine from the featured winemaker. The menu includes oysters with rhubarb granita; brie gougères with saba-strawberry coulis; goat cheese custard with fennel, radish and onion flower; spring run salmon with chanterelle mushrooms, English peas, watercress and sauce Bercy; lamb loin roulade with artichokes, spring onions, carrot cous-cous, lamb jus and pea tendrils; and Pendleton tri-tip with fondant potatoes, asparagus, bone-marrow Bordelaise and micro mustard greens. The cost is $135 per person.
