
Northwest Personal Training will host a Women’s Health Expo with a screening of “The M Factor” and a panel discussion from 6 to 9 p.m. May 21 at the Kiggins Theatre. “The M Factor” film explores menopause and midlife transitions affecting the health and well-being of millions of American women. In addition to physical symptoms, women struggle with related stresses of lost wages, upended careers, family disruptions and emotional chaos. Tickets are $25 and include the film, expo and a swag bag. $50 VIP entry includes VIP seating, recovery therapies and a vitamin B12 injection.
