Zing! Wine Pairing Workshop

Willful Wine, located inside the Grant House at 1101 Officers Row, Vancouver, will offer “Zing! A Wine Pairing Workshop” from 6 to 8 p.m. March 6. Get a science-based approach to understanding why Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with steak or why white wine pairs well with oysters.
