HOPE Dementia Support Group is a weekly support group for those caring for individuals living with all types of dementia. Held on Monday afternoons at Highgate Senior Living, 9803 NE Hazel Dell Ave., from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Kids in grades 1-5 can practice their literacy by reading to Scamp the therapy dog at the Camas Public Library. Parents can sign their children up for a 15-minute time slot between 4 and 5 p.m. on the third Monday of every month. Register is required at CamasPL.org/TalesWTails.
The Camas Public Library hosts the Close Knit knitting group on Mondays at 4:30 p.m. Create and converse with new crafty friends while knitting, crocheting or working on other fiber arts projects.
