Chamber Music Northwest Summer Festival presents the trio umama womama from 8 to 10 p.m. July 29 at Reed College’s Kaul Auditorium. Hear American music from the turn of the 20th century until today, including native and folk influences in Antonín Dvořák, New England church hymns and popular tunes in Charles Ives, traditional Romanticism in Amy Beach, and modern-day lyricism in Chris Rogerson. Fleur Barron performs work by Rogerson and the South African pianist Anton Nel plays Beach’s Piano Quintet.
